Staff-Goals
With this module, you can set weekly message goals and voice activity goals for your staff members. The bot automatically tracks the activity of team members with configured staff roles and evaluates every week whether they met their targets.
Staff-Roles

type: Role Select
required: true
Here, you can select the staff roles whose activity should be evaluated every week regarding their progress towards the goal. This is a required setting, as the bot needs to know which team members to track and evaluate. Only messages and voice activity from users with these configured roles will be counted toward goal progress.
Weekly Message Goal

type: Spinner (AKA Number Input)
required: true
Here, you can set the amount of messages staff members need to send in each 7-day evaluation period to achieve their weekly goal. This is a required setting, as the bot needs a target number to determine whether a staff member has reached their weekly message goal or failed it.
Send messages in channels instead of DMs

type: Boolean (AKA True/False)
required: false
recommended: false
If you enable this option, evaluation results will be sent in a designated Discord channel instead of sending direct messages (DMs) to your staff members. This can be useful if your staff members have DMs disabled or if you prefer keeping all evaluation reports transparent in a private team channel.
Channel to send messages in

type: Channel Select
required: false (true if "Send messages in channels instead of DMs" is enabled)
Here, you can select the channel where the bot will post the weekly evaluation summary messages. This setting becomes required if you enabled the option to send evaluation messages in a channel instead of DMs, so the bot knows exactly where to send the weekly reports.
Users can see each others statistics

type: Boolean (AKA True/False)
required: false
recommended: true
If you enable this option, staff members will be able to check each other's progress and evaluation history using slash commands. This is recommended to promote team transparency and allow staff members to see how their colleagues are performing, though you can leave it disabled if you want staff statistics to remain private between each member and the admins.
Ignored channels

type: Channel Select
required: false
recommended: it's in your choice
Here, you can select text channels that should be ignored by the bot. Messages sent by staff members in these channels will not count towards their weekly message goal. This is useful for excluding spam channels, bot-command channels, or off-topic chat rooms where high message counts do not reflect genuine staff activity.
Message goal overwrites

type: Add Element
required: false
recommended: it's in your choice
Here, you can set custom weekly message goals for specific roles. This allows you to define different activity expectations depending on a staff member's rank, such as assigning higher message requirements to trial staff members while keeping lower targets for senior administrators.
Enable Voice Activity Goal

type: Boolean (AKA True/False)
required: false
recommended: false
If you enable this option, staff members will also be evaluated on their voice channel activity alongside their text message goals. This is useful for servers that rely heavily on voice moderation or active support in voice channels.
Weekly Voice Goal (minutes)

type: Spinner (AKA Number Input)
required: false (true if "Enable Voice Goal" is enabled)
Here, you can set the number of minutes staff members need to spend in voice channels each week to achieve their voice goal. This setting is required when the voice goal feature is enabled, as the bot needs a target duration in minutes to track voice activity.
Ignored Voice Channels

type: Channel Select
required: false (true if "Enable Voice Activity Goal" is enabled)
Here, you can select voice channels that will be ignored by the bot. Time spent connected to these voice channels will not count towards staff members' voice goals. This is helpful for excluding AFK channels or staff lounge channels where team members hang out passively.
Voice goal overwrites

type: Add field
required: false (true if "Enable Voice Activity Goal" is enabled)
Here, you can set custom weekly voice goals in minutes for specific staff roles. This lets you tailor voice activity expectations for different roles, such as requiring more voice hours from dedicated voice moderators compared to general text moderators.
